UAE citizens and residents are preparing to enjoy a long weekend as the UAE cabinet has officially announced the National Day celebration in Abu Dhabi.
Unlike previous years, Abu Dhabi has a whole 9-day celebration in store for everyone to witness. The United Arab Emirates celebrates its National Day on December 2nd to commemorate its seven Emirates spirit of the union.
A bank holiday has been declared from December 1st to December 4th in Abu Dhabi.

1. Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC)
At the UAE National Day official ceremony held at ADNEC, attendees will be taken on a journey through generations, starting with the establishment of the UAE in 1971 to the envisioned future 2071, marking its centennial year.

2. Mille Miglia
For all the car enthusiasts, for the first time, the most beautiful race in the world will be held in the UAE.
Bringing together 100 of the most unique and the world’s rarest classic cars (some as old as 1927) from around the globe.
Mille Miglia was established in Italy in 1927 and has since become a significant event for car enthusiasts worldwide.
In the United Arab Emirates, the 1600 kilometres course will pass through UAE’s seven Emirates covering Iconic landmarks and locations, including Abu Dhabi’s world renowned Emirates Palace along Abu Dhabi’s Corniche.
It will be the biggest event outside of Italy for the organisers of the 1000 Miglia or Mille Miglia as it is popularly known.
