A new trend has emerged amid this caffeinated renaissance: coffee parties. These underground gatherings travelled from Amsterdam, London, and New York before hitting closer to home, Secret Coffee Parties.
Organized through an invite-only Whatsapp group and word-of-mouth, these secret coffee parties are allured by their exclusivity and the sense of community they foster.
What’s a better weekend than a DJ surrounded by oat milk and biscotti, intimate spaces where creativity flows as freely as coffee, and, of course, electric vibes that don’t end with a hangover?
Appealing to a diverse crowd, these events resonate with Gen Z who prioritize health and wellness, making the non-alcoholic vibe a perfect fit.
Similarly, they attract those who once reveled in the nightlife but now have shifted their focus towards family commitments or health and fitness goals, yet still seek the familiar buzz and social atmosphere of their party days.
