Women in Abu Dhabi can look forward to a new fitness and wellness destination. FitnGlam Abu Dhabi’s third location will open in Q4 2026 at My City Center Masdar. Measuring 22,000 square feet, the facility will be a women’s-only superclub and the brand’s seventh location in the UAE.
FitnGlam is part of Formative, the UAE’s largest fitness collective. The new location will add to Abu Dhabi’s growing selection of women-only fitness and wellness spaces. FitnGlam Masdar will offer dedicated training spaces for strength, cardio, functionality, and glutes training. It will also provide boutique fitness studios, recovery services, and other luxury facilities for a well-rounded wellness space.
The new women-only superclub will also bring in fresh services. These include FitnGlam’s first Megaformer studio. Designed for high-intensity, low-impact workouts, it is ideal for building strength and endurance. Boutique fitness options will include Reformer Pilates, Ride and MindBody studios, and an Energy studio.
Members will have access to personal trainers and tailored coaching programmes. Training zones will also support HYROX-style workouts.
The premium wellness and recovery facilities will feature an infrared salt sauna and a steam room, among other recovery spaces. The club will also offer a healthy cafe and luxury changing facilities, as well as educational workshops, member events, and community-focused experiences.
