The Abu Dhabi Cricket & Sports Hub (ADCSH) has opened the Global Invitation-to-Bid (ITB) for the team and franchise ownership in Abu Dhabi T10. The process closes on Thursday, 16 July and identifies new franchises to compete in this year’s edition of the Abu Dhabi T10.
Deloitte is the independent advisor to oversee the qualification process and the evaluation of submissions.
Those competing for franchise ownership will be assessed against a range of criteria. In addition to financial capacity, factors such as governance, operational standards, integrity, reputation, and long-term commitment to the development of Abu Dhabi T10 will also be considered.
The Abu Dhabi T10 is one of the most innovative and well-governed tournaments in world cricket. The bidding process will focus on being transparent.
The intention is to continue attracting world-class players, international investors, and audiences from around the world, while ensuring long-term sporting and economic value for the destination.
