One of the UAE’s largest employment-focused events is returning to Abu Dhabi with more than 1,000 job openings across some of the country’s most important industries.
The Industrialists Career Exhibition 2026 is bringing together dozens of employers from the manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors, creating a platform for Emirati job seekers to connect directly with companies actively recruiting for a wide range of positions.
Taking place at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre, the two-day event forms part of ongoing efforts to support national talent development and strengthen participation in the UAE’s economy.

Designed to bridge the gap between employers and emerging talent, the exhibition will feature over 70 participating organisations looking to fill roles across a variety of specialisations.
