Some events become part of the city’s social calendar from day one. This Friday, 19 June, Sundowners by SECRET is launching its very first edition, taking over the beautiful Bayshore Beach Club at InterContinental Abu Dhabi for an evening of sunset drinks, music, food and beachside socialising.
Set against one of Abu Dhabi’s most picturesque waterfront backdrops, the launch edition is designed to bring together the people who love discovering the city’s best experiences first. Because when a new event launches, there’s only one chance to attend the very first one!
Sunset Drinks, Beach Vibes And A Friday Night By The Water
Running from 7 pm, Sundowners by SECRET offers a different way to spend your Friday evening. Instead of crowded bars and busy venues, guests can enjoy a relaxed beachfront setting overlooking the Arabian Gulf, complete with sunset views, a live DJ, food and drinks.
Think golden hour views, good music, great company, and a social atmosphere that sets the tone for the weekend. Come with friends, meet new people, and ease into the evening with Abu Dhabi’s newest sunset social.
What’s Included?
General Admission tickets are AED 145 per person and include:
• Entry to Sundowners by SECRET
• Three vouchers redeemable against food or drinks
• Access to the live DJ and event entertainment
Guests can also purchase an additional drinks package for AED 100, which includes three extra drink vouchers.
The Evening Continues After Sunset
As day turns to night, the energy shifts from sunset social to after-party. From 9 pm onwards, guests can continue to enjoy the beachside atmosphere, music, and company under the stars, making the most of a summer evening at one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular waterfront destinations.

There will be future editions of Sundowners by SECRET. But there will only ever be one first edition at Bayshore Beach Club.
