Managing school expenses in the UAE may soon become more manageable for parents, following a new announcement from financial services platform Tabby.
Tabby has partnered with zenda, the specialised technology partner for education, to launch flexible payment plans designed to help families spread the cost of education-related expenses over time.
This initiative arrives as many households continue to navigate rising tuition fees and back-to-school costs across the cities in the region.

Making School Payments More Flexible
Tabby’s and zenda’s service will allow parents to divide payments for tuition fees, school transport, extracurricular activities, and other education costs into smaller and manageable monthly instalments.
It has been reported that this service will be available across a growing number of schools, nurseries, and universities throughout the UAE, with the rollout designed to offer families greater breathing room when managing large upfront education payments.
Responding To Rising Family Expenses
The launch reflects increasing demand for flexible financial solutions within the education sector. Recent research commissioned by Tabby found that many UAE parents experience pressure when school fees are due, with upfront payments often impacting household spending and savings plans.
By introducing longer-term instalment options, the partnership aims to make education expenses more accessible while helping schools streamline their payment systems.
zenda, which already works closely with educational institutions in the country, will integrate the service directly into existing payment platforms used by parents.
As education costs continue to rise across the UAE, the new initiative could offer families a more convenient and balanced way to manage one of their biggest yearly expenses.
