Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Unveils Plans for Exclusive Mansion Collection

Abu Dhabi’s luxury property scene is set for another major addition, as Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental has announced plans to introduce a collection of ultra-premium branded mansions within the grounds of the iconic hotel.

The upcoming development will feature 35 private homes, bringing a new level of exclusivity to one of the region’s most recognisable destinations.

A Landmark Residential Development

The exciting project is being developed through a collaboration between Emirates Palace Company, LEAD Development, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, with completion expected by 2029.

Positioned along Abu Dhabi’s prestigious waterfront, the residences will offer homeowners access to a private lifestyle experience inspired by the elegance and heritage of the Emirates Palace brand.

Designed to reflect both modern luxury and regional character, the mansions are expected to feature expansive layouts, landscaped outdoor areas, and wellness-focused spaces.

The Mandarin Oriental Mansions aims to combine privacy with the signature hospitality standards associated with Mandarin Oriental properties worldwide.

Elevated Living

Residents in the new development will enjoy a curated collection of exclusive services and facilities, managed by Mandarin Oriental.

Prospective amenities include a private beach club, fine dining experiences, family lounges, entertainment areas, and concierge-style services tailored to residents.

The announcement arrives as Abu Dhabi continues to strengthen its position within the global luxury real estate market, particularly in the branded residences sector.

With only 35 mansions being developed, the project is expected to attract significant interest from both domestic and international buyers seeking a premium address in the heart of Abu Dhabi.
