The UAE has launched a new proactive initiative, driven by innovation, that will train young Emiratis to become voices for the nation’s growing industrial sector.
Revealed during the ‘Make it in the Emirates’ forum, the programme aims to give participants the tools to create engaging digital content that highlights the country’s progress in manufacturing, technology, and advanced industry.
Created through a collaboration between the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, and IMI Media Academy, the initiative aims to encourage a new generation of storytellers capable of presenting the UAE’s industrial achievements to wider audiences in fresh and modern ways.

A Creative Approach to Industry
Called the ‘Industrial Content Leaders Programme’, the initiative will run over four months and focus on developing skills in content production, artificial intelligence, and media communication.
The young participants will learn how to translate complex industrial topics into engaging stories that connect with audiences online and across modern media platforms, as they encourage all generations to observe.
The programme reflects the UAE’s growing focus on combining innovation with creativity, while also opening doors for young Emiratis interested in media, technology, and communications.
Spotlighting the UAE’s Industrial Growth
The launch comes as the UAE continues to invest heavily in sustainability and advanced technology as part of its long-term economic vision.
Through initiatives like ‘Make it in the Emirates’, the country is encouraging local production and positioning itself as a global destination for industrial innovation.
By training these young creators to share these developments through compelling content, the initiative hopes to strengthen awareness around the sector while inspiring more people to explore careers linked to the industry.
Supporting Future-Focused Skills
Beyond storytelling, the programme also highlights the UAE’s commitment to equipping young people with future-ready skills.
As industries continue to evolve through AI and digital transformation, the demand for creative communicators with technical understanding is increasing daily.
The initiative offers a unique opportunity for emerging Emirati talent to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the country’s wider industrial narrative.
