Before stepping inside the Al Andalus Ramadan Tent, the experience begins with the hotel lobby at Fairmont, Bab Al Bahr. Guests arrive through the grand entrance before descending the grand staircase towards the waterfront, where the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque sits directly across the creek.
This year, that familiar view is framed by one of the most sophisticated Ramadan tents in the city.
Inside, the scale is striking. Sandy tones, Arabic archways framing the water and the mosque beyond. There are several exclusive majlis throughout the tent with perfect views of the mosque.

Luxury, Tradition & One Very Spectacular Dessert Display
As sunset approaches, the sound of the cannons marks iftar from across the water. Staff meander through the tent, offering Arabic coffee and Moroccan tea, poured theatrically from a height.
Live qanun music fills the background as guests explore an extensive spread of international live cooking stations alongside Arabic mezze and Ramadan favourites. But it is the dessert display that truly steals the show.
Palm tree installations reveal bark crafted entirely from dates, intricate mosque-inspired designs decorate towering cakes, and even what appears to be a genie lamp sculpted from chocolate sits among the creations. It looks like an edible art gallery.

As the evening draws to a close, the mosque glows blue against the dark sky, a crescent moon rising above it. In that moment, Al Andalus Ramadan tent becomes one of the most iconic Ramadan experiences in Abu Dhabi.

Iftar is served daily from sunset until 9:00 PM and costs AED 320 per person. Children aged 6 to 12 years dine at 50% of the Iftar price, while those aged 12 and above are charged at the full adult rate.
Suhoor is available from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM on weekdays and from 10:00 PM to 2:30 AM on weekends, served as an à la carte dining experience with a minimum spend applicable.
