What does The Nordic Table Brunch menu look like?
In true Valgerand fashion, it’s all about sharing.
Start with cold dishes:
- Smoked Haddock Cold Flat Omelette, a flavourful introduction to what’s ahead
- Nordic Bread Basket with egg spread and beetroot pesto
- Garden Salad with grapefruit and pecan
- Tomato Carpaccio with local cheese
Then the menu dives into the ocean, brunch style. Highlights include:
- Prawn Cocktail
- Smoked Salmon on Potato Rösti
- Salmon Tartare
- Normandy Fine de Claire Oysters N°3
Next comes the grill, powered by a charcoal parrilla open-fire grill. Beef, salmon, chicken, and octopus skewers set the sizzle, followed by mains ranging from Smoked Grilled Beef with Nordic fries to a lightly smoked Beef Burger, and more.
Dessert arrives as the Chef’s Sweet Surprise -simple, intentional, and unmistakably delicious.
For entertainment, Valgerand brings none other than Nina, an accomplished musician, singer, performer, and flautist, ready to ignite the afternoon with her versatile live sets.
