Abu Dhabi’s dining scene continues to evolve with the opening of Bistro 81, the latest restaurant to launch at InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi.
Officially welcoming guests from 11 February 2026, the property marks its third anniversary, giving residents and visitors a new reason to celebrate.
Open daily from 7.00 AM until midnight, Bistro 81 is designed as an all-day dining destination, offering a relaxed yet refined setting for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Their signature egg dishes are a highlight, with eggs your way, shakshouka and awarmma cocotte on offer.
