Abu Dhabi’s packed events calendar has seen an unexpected update, with Middle East Film & Comic Con and OFFLIMITS Music Festival officially moving their dates.
With both events still set to go ahead, organisers have confirmed a change in timing, leaving fans with a little longer to wait for the action.
Middle East Film & Comic Con Postponed
Originally set to take over ADNEC this April, Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC) has been postponed just weeks before it was due to begin.
The annual pop culture celebration is a major highlight for fans across the region, bringing together everything from celebrity guests and cosplay competitions to gaming zones and exclusive merchandise.
With the dates officially changing to the 11th of September 2026, excitement around the event remains high, especially following early teasers about this year’s line-up.
For now, ticket holders and attendees are being encouraged to stay tuned for further updates.
OFFLIMITS Festival Moves Dates
Known for its high-energy performances and big-name music acts, OFFLIMITS has also confirmed a change to its schedule.
The festival has built a reputation for delivering immersive entertainment experiences in the capital, making it one to watch on Abu Dhabi’s live events scene.
Now taking place on the 21st of November, organisers have reassured fans that plans are very much in place for its return, with all existing tickets remaining valid for the new November date.
