La Broche by Bocuse brings the spirit of Lyon to Yas Marina this Race Weekend. Dive into French excellence with a luxurious rotisserie experience inspired by Paul Bocuse’s legendary savoir-faire.
At the heart of the menu stands the iconic Bresse chicken, roasted and carved tableside – the haute couture of poultry. It’s not just food on the menu, though. The Riviera Brunch (6 and 7 December, 1 PM to 4 PM) includes a five-course sharing-style menu with dishes such as Yellowfin Tuna Crudo, Wood-Fired Lamb Skewers, Nonna’s Tiramisu, and a house-made Limoncello shot.
