Topgolf Abu Dhabi is set to welcome a major new leisure attraction with the announcement that Topgolf will open a three-storey venue on Yas Island in 2026.
The global sports entertainment brand, known for blending golf with social gaming and dining, will bring its second UAE location to the capital following the success of its Dubai site.
Developed by Miral in partnership with franchise operator Viya, the three-storey complex is currently under construction and will cover approximately 6,500 square metres of built-up entertainment space, alongside a 19,000 square metre outfield driving range.
A New Social Gaming Destination for Abu Dhabi
The venue will feature 82 technology-enabled hitting bays, including eight VIP bays, all powered by Topgolf’s ball tracking technology that allows players of all skill levels to take part in interactive games and challenges.

Beyond the driving range, the new Topgolf will offer a full lifestyle experience. Visitors can expect virtual reality bays, training and practice areas, lounge spaces, an event lawn, and a Pro Shop on the ground level.
Dining, Lounges and Event Spaces
The upper floors will house multiple dining venues, a sports and sky lounge with outdoor terraces, an arcade zone and flexible event spaces designed for private bookings, celebrations and corporate functions.
The development forms part of Miral’s wider strategy to continue positioning Yas Island as one of the region’s leading entertainment destinations, adding to its portfolio of theme parks, family attractions, cultural venues, and premium leisure experiences.
Once open, Topgolf Yas Island is expected to attract both residents and tourists, further strengthening Abu Dhabi’s appeal as a social and lifestyle hub in the Middle East.
