As of April 1st, commuting to key areas of Abu Dhabi is about to become quicker and more efficient, thanks to the launch of the Abu Dhabi Express.
The newly introduced service is designed to simplify daily journeys, offering a faster alternative for commuters travelling between key districts and the city centre.

The Abu Dhabi Express is a limited-stop bus service created to reduce travel time. Operating on direct routes and skipping multiple stops along the way, it allows passengers to reach their destination much more quickly than traditional bus services.
It’s an ideal option for those travelling into the city for work, as well as residents looking for a more straightforward way to travel without long, stop-heavy routes.

This new service links major residential hubs and busy districts directly to central Abu Dhabi.
Now operating in Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Musaffah, residents and visitors in the area are benefiting from these quicker connections, making the daily commute more manageable for thousands of residents.
Routes are designed to feed into central transport hubs, making it easier for passengers to continue their journey or access other parts of the emirate. As demand grows, the network is expected to expand further in the capital.
