Bushra’s Ramadan Iftar buffet Opens with the Traditional Elements.
The evening begins with the timeless rituals of Ramadan, dates, dried apricots and figs, fresh seasonal fruits, and traditional juices such as Jallab and Qamar El-deen, before unfolding into an abundant buffet of Lebanese favourites and comforting classics.
Guests can explore a vibrant selection of mezze, including silky hummus, moutabal, labneh garden, vine leaves, Lebanese-style falafel, and crispy kibbeh, alongside refreshing fattoush, tabbouleh, Greek salad, and chef-selected seasonal salads.
The main buffet showcases signature dishes such as lamb ouzi, kofta bil tahina, Lebanese-style chicken with potatoes, and fish sayyadieh, complemented by daily specials including lamb mansaf, chicken kabsa, mashboos chicken, and lamb tagine.
Live stations add theatre to the evening, featuring freshly carved whole Levant-style fish, shish tawouk, lamb chops, Lebanese beef kebab, grilled shrimp, and a daily live pasta station with white, red, pink, and pesto sauces.
To conclude the experience, guests can indulge in a generous dessert spread featuring kunafa, umm ali, luqaimat, qatayef, ma’amoul, baklava with pistachio or walnuts, and gulab jamun, alongside an ice cream station offering vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, and strawberry cheesecake flavours.
Throughout the evening, the soft melodies of a live oud player create a warm and authentic ambience, enhancing the spirit of the gathering.
