A Refined Dining Experience Awaits This April at Catch at St. Regis

Abu Dhabi’s dining scene continues to evolve, and this April brings a new reason to book a table at one of the capital’s most established fine dining addresses, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi.

Catch at St. Regis offers a curated Chef’s Speciality experience for those who appreciate an immersive dining experience.

Recognised for the fourth consecutive year in the UAE edition of the MICHELIN Guide, the venue has built a reputation for delivering elevated cuisine, combining contemporary techniques with global influences.

A Tasting Menu Shaped by Craft & Storytelling

In April, the restaurant’s culinary team presents an Omakase-style journey, with each course thoughtfully selected and served as part of a seamless progression.

The experience begins with light dishes such as charred edamame and a refined snow crab creation layered with avocado kosho, yuzu, and caviar.

From there, the menu moves into a showcase of sushi craftsmanship, featuring nigiri and hand rolls that highlight both technique and ingredient quality.

Next are richer dishes with smoky short ribs, balanced by citrus and pickled elements, followed by Chilean sea bass infused with coconut and lemongrass.

To finish, a tropical-inspired dessert, coconut panna cotta, fresh fruit elements, and soft mochi round off the experience.

A Setting That Complements The Experience

Catch at St. Regis has an ocean-inspired aesthetic, with soft sand tones, natural wood textures, and subtle maritime details throughout.

Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the Arabian Gulf, while the open kitchen brings a bit of energy into the space.

If you’d rather sit outside, the terrace offers a more relaxed setting, especially in the evening.

Available throughout April, the Chef’s Speciality Omakase Menu is served daily from 12 pm to 12 am, priced at AED 450 per person for a curated set menu experience.
