Already known for its mix of entertainment attractions, scenic canal views, and dining venues, the destination is now preparing to welcome a blend of speciality cafés, popular food joints, and creative community spaces.

These upcoming additions are expected to bring even more energy to the rapidly evolving district.

Creators HQ

One of the most talked-about arrivals is Creators HQ, a concept focused on supporting content creators, entrepreneurs and digital talent in the region.

Established in Dubai, this modern hub is designed as a collaborative environment for networking and innovation, reflecting the growing demand for creativity-focused communities in the UAE.

Its opening is expected to introduce a more business and culture-driven dimension to Al Qana’s leisure offering.

Frontyard Cafe

Frontyard Cafe is preparing to open its doors on the waterfront, bringing its relaxed atmosphere and stylish interiors, which the cafe has become recognised for.

Its arrival is likely to add another social hotspot for visitors looking to unwind by the canal and enjoy the leisurely coffee catch-ups and laid-back breakfasts.

Five Guys

Global burger joint and fans’ favourite Five Guys is set to join the expanding food line-up at Al Qana this year.

Famous for its moreish, delicious burgers and classic shakes, this dining spot will offer visitors another familiar and comforting option in the diverse waterfront precinct.

drinkit

Tech-driven coffee concept drinkit is expected to bring its modern café experience to Abu Dhabi with a new location in the city.

By combining app-based ordering with speciality coffee, the brand has built a following for its convenience-focused approach and sleek aesthetic, and will be a meeting point popular with the younger generation.

Backyard Coffee

Coffee lovers can also look forward to Backyard Coffee making its way to the destination. Born in Dubai, this cafe is expected to offer a contemporary setting centred around artisan brews, minimalist interiors, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Homebred

Baking soon in Al Qana, Homebred is another homegrown venue joining the upcoming line-up. While details surrounding the venue remain limited for now, the spot will be bringing fresh goods baked with care and authenticity.

BUNKA

Currently operating in Dubai Mall, clothing and shoe store BUNKA is preparing to introduce its curated shopping experience to Abu Dhabi.

Blending elements of fashion, creativity and contemporary Japanese-inspired culture, the store is expected to bring an artistic element to the destination.

OBR Burger Joint
