The experience begins with your choice of one cold and one hot starter. For the cold selection, diners can choose between the Waldorf salad and the roasted butternut salad.
Both salads are fresh and flavoursome, offering light yet satisfying openings to the meal. The Wardorf delivered crisp textures and subtle sweetness, while the roasted butternut option brought warmth and depth.
Hot starters include the Scottish egg and bread fish. These dishes felt like proper pub classics, yet each was served with an elegant twist that lifted them beyond the expected.

The Main Event
For the main course, guests can choose from a generous line-up of modern beef pie, romesco salad, slow-roasted lamb rump, roasted baby chicken, Asian short rib, and cauliflower steak.
The slow-roasted lamb rump is generous in portion and perfectly cooked. Served alongside fresh vegetables and a golden Yorkshire pudding, it delivered a wave of British nostalgia with every bite.
The balance of tenderness, seasoning and traditional accompaniments made it a clear highlight of the afternoon.

Dessert continues the indulgence with French banana toast and Hamilton’s s’mores. The banana toast is packed with sweet flavour, beautifully complemented by chocolate ice cream and pecans.
Meanwhile, the Hamilton’s s’mores struck the perfect balance of sweetness and texture, enhanced by fresh vanilla ice cream.
