As the warmer months begin to settle in across Abu Dhabi, spending long stretches outdoors becomes less appealing, and having a few indoor options to fall back on makes all the difference.
Workshops are one of the easiest ways to switch things up. They offer a chance to try something new, learn something that might be helpful at home, or simply fulfil a hobby. From baking and pasta-making to pottery and creative studio sessions, these are some of the most worthwhile workshops in Abu Dhabi to add to your bucket list.
1. Seed & Bloom, Bread-Making Workshops
Seed & Bloom has become one of the most sought-after workshop spaces in Abu Dhabi, known for its community-led approach to baking.

Their workshops focus on hands-on bread-making, including floral focaccia and sourdough. Participants are guided through the full process, from preparing and shaping dough to baking and presentation.
These sessions feel quite social with the added benefit of learning something interesting. Sessions are perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to enjoy this workshop.

These sessions cover the fundamentals, including mixing and kneading dough, rolling it to the correct consistency, and shaping different pasta types such as tagliatelle or ravioli. Some classes also incorporate sauces, allowing participants to complete a full dish from scratch.

Workshops are usually scheduled as ticketed experiences or seasonal events, often led by experienced chefs, and are designed to be educational and interactive.
Aside from pasta, they also have tiramisu classes, burrata and pomordino, kids workshops, and so much more! Workshops range from AED 299 for adults and AED 85 for children with a bonus gelato and orange juice.
